On the 21st of March, for the third consecutive year, we will celebrate Goût de / Good France. More than 2000 chefs in five different continents will honour the French gastronomy for one night !
Goût de / Good France is an exceptional tribute to excellent French cuisine that will commemorate the pleasure and the respect of the « good food ».
Beefbar and its Executive Chef Thierry Paludetto will participate and have created an exclusive menu!
On the port of Fonvieille at the 42 quai Jean Charles Rey, in Monaco, Beefbar by Riccardo Giraudi created a full menu to make you discover and enjoy Beefbar’s unique atmosphere.
The menu will honour the French gastronomy in its diversity. All the recipes are inspired by the French « savoir–faire » with a large choice of different products. The menu is composed of an aperitif and canapés, a starter, a main course and a dessertpaired with French wine and champagne.
